His prior experience includes working as chief product officer of MYOB; in a variety of senior leadership positions at BHP; and as associate principal at McKinsey. Weickhardt holds an MBA from Stanford University (Siebel Scholar) and a Bachelor Science (Computer) and Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Melbourne. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, playing water polo and skiing, as well as spending time with family. He has three children, aged 14, 12 and 10.
