William Stojkovski is a passionate and experienced educational leader dedicated to promoting student wellbeing, leadership and character development. As the Deputy Head of Senior School at Westbourne Grammar School, he leads the pastoral care of students from Years 7 to 12, ensuring a nurturing and empowering environment where every student feels valued and supported to thrive. 
Driven by his belief in the transformative power of holistic pastoral care, Stojkovski has been instrumental in introducing restorative practices, guiding high-performing pastoral teams and developing impactful wellbeing initiatives. His leadership involves making critical decisions in complex student cases, always working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for student welfare. 
Throughout his time at Westbourne, Stojkovski has played a key role on the Wellbeing and Academic Executive teams, strengthening both academic and wellbeing programs across the school. His efforts have equipped students with the confidence, skills and mindset to excel in their studies and personal growth. 
Beyond his leadership responsibilities, Stojkovski is an accomplished VCE English and literature teacher and a VCAA assessor, deeply committed to academic excellence and innovative teaching. His dedication continues to shape a student-centred approach to senior school leadership and education.
