Kali Rouillon is a passionate and dedicated primary teacher at Bishop Druitt College – the very school where she once studied and now inspires the next generation of learners. Growing up on the Coffs Coast, her love for education blossomed after traveling extensively overseas following her HSC. She began her teaching journey as a school learning support officer while completing her bachelor’s degree in education, earning recognition for academic excellence through awards like the Creative Arts Award and the Future Teacher Scholarship Award. These early experiences enriched her understanding of diverse student needs.
Rouillon’s teaching career kicked off at Clarence Valley Anglican School before she made her way back to Bishop Druitt College. Since her return, she has been at the forefront of integrating innovative digital technology into her classroom, boosting student engagement and growth. Known for her forward-thinking approach and unwavering commitment to educational excellence, she has become a valued member of the school’s teaching staff.
Driven by her passion for helping students reach their full potential, Rouillon strives to create a dynamic, inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. Her mission is to empower them with the skills and knowledge they need to be ready for the world and the future ahead.
