Daniel Crump is the principal of Stuartholme School, Brisbane’s only Catholic girls’ boarding school, and is widely recognised as a leading voice in mission-driven, future-focused education.
A passionate and accomplished educational leader, Crump has guided significant transformation at Stuartholme through a vision centred on inclusive excellence, academic innovation and community development. Under his leadership, the school has achieved record academic results while expanding access to a Sacred Heart education through targeted bursaries and scholarship opportunities.
Crump has spearheaded a range of innovative learning initiatives, including the IGNITE STEAM program and The HIVE academic support hub, while embedding instructional leadership frameworks that enhance teaching and learning across the school. His leadership is firmly grounded in the Sacred Heart tradition, combining courage, compassion and strategic vision to empower young people as agents of positive change.
Beyond Stuartholme, Crump plays an active role in the wider education sector through leadership and collaboration across the Sacred Heart network in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Originally trained as a music educator and conductor, he remains a strong advocate for the arts, culture and creativity, championing their vital role in contemporary education.
