Stuart Ablitt is a passionate and innovative leader dedicated to shaping future-focused, inclusive learning communities. As Deputy Head of Primary and Head of IB Programs (PYP Coordinator) at Hills International College, he leads with authenticity, compassion and a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives.
Under his leadership, Hills has strengthened its alignment between the Australian Curriculum v9.0 and the International Baccalaureate PYP, ensuring every learner experiences rigorous, engaging, and inquiry-driven learning. Stuart is driving major initiatives, including the Hills Primary Years Instructional Playbook, the introduction of Toddle Ultimate across the College, and the embedding of Universal Design for Learning principles to support inclusion for all students.
Beyond Hills, Stuart is an active member of the IB Educator Network, a program leader supporting schools across the Asia-Pacific region, and a co-opted member of the IB Schools Australasia Standing Committee. He regularly presents at conferences and network events, sharing his expertise in AI, inquiry, and leadership in education.
