Jeremy Otto is an experienced educator and school leader whose career spans teaching, leadership and community advancement both in Australia and internationally. Currently director of community engagement and advancement at Westbourne Grammar School in Melbourne, his work centres on building genuine connections between students, staff, alumni and families to create a thriving, values-driven school culture.
Before joining Westbourne, Otto held senior roles, including deputy principal (learning and teaching) at Santa Maria College and dean of teaching and learning at the Queensland Academy for Science, Mathematics and Technology. He has also consulted and taught internationally, supporting schools to implement student-centred and future-focused learning models.
Named one of The Educator’s Most Influential Educators in 2024, Otto continues to combine deep pedagogical insight with strategic leadership in his current role. He is completing an MBA at Melbourne Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
