At Kingswood College, she has spearheaded the refresh of the school’s vision and the development of a bold five-year strategic plan, alongside a 50-year master plan to guide future growth. These initiatives are set to shape the learning experience and culture of the college for decades to come.
Beyond her own school, Gamble’s influence extends across the sector, where she supports aspiring leaders in developing confidence and clarity.
