Adrian Camm is one of Australia’s most forward-thinking education leaders. As principal and managing director of Westbourne Grammar School, he has guided the school through a remarkable era of growth and transformation – expanding enrolments by more than 650 students, delivering major campus developments and commencing a new site for 1,500 learners that will redefine education in Victoria for decades to come.
Named Australian Principal of the Year at the Australian Education Awards and recipient of the prestigious NEiTA Leadership Award, Camm is recognised nationally for his strategic vision and focus on people. He has established sector-leading employment conditions, reduced workloads and created clear pathways for leadership – ensuring educators can do their best work and emerging leaders are supported to thrive.
Under his direction, Westbourne has launched an AI Academy, reimagined chaplaincy, and deepened its focus on character, agency and innovation. Holding a PhD and Master of Education (Leadership, and an alumnus of Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, Camm continues to shape a model of schooling that combines human-centred leadership with bold, future-focused vision.
