Tina Neate, principal of Kildare College since 2019, is a bold and visionary leader committed to reimagining girls’ education. With a background in science and international experience in Prague, she brings academic rigour and creative innovation to her role. Neate’s “What else?” mindset has driven transformative programs in STEM, Dance, jewellery, and woodwork and the creation of inspiring spaces like the Tullow Centre and Lightbridge Centre. Her leadership fosters a vibrant, inclusive community built on courage, creativity and compassion, where connection, curiosity and belonging shape a safe and exciting environment for every student, staff member and family.

Michelle Camilleri is a highly skilled and experienced educator and leader. In her current role as deputy principal, her key responsibilities include child safeguarding, overseeing the college calendar, including the organisation of events and communication to all stakeholders. Her collaborative approach with staff ensures the continuous review, refinement and streamlining of processes. She is passionate about students and values the benefits of an all-girls’ environment, where every leadership opportunity can be proudly held by a girl. Camilleri works closely with staff and families to support students’ wellbeing, fostering an environment where they can flourish and reach their full potential.

Lil Mader began her career in education in 1999, bringing 26 years of expertise to her role as business manager. Since joining Kildare College in 2010, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the college’s operations, managing the provision of resources and state-of-the-art facilities. One of her greatest achievements has been leading the college from financial constraint to a thriving educational environment equipped with contemporary facilities that empower students and support staff. Mader has found her place at Kildare College, where she continues to contribute to the school with dedication, passion and pride.

Raymond Kropinski
Director of Teaching and Learning
Raymond Kropinski has spent the last decade transforming learning at Kildare College, currently as the director of teaching and learning. Kropinski has gained a rich understanding of education over his 18-year career, including four years at an international school and 14 years in an all-girls setting, starting as a physical and outdoor education teacher. Also supporting the education of staff, Kropinski developed and implemented the award-winning Kildare Graduate Teacher Program, exemplifying his dedication to supporting new teachers and driving meaningful change. Holding two master’s degrees, he embraces the opportunity to shape curriculum and evolve teaching and learning practices.

In 1998, Enrico Caprioli began his career in education and has since dedicated 17 years to Kildare College. He has embraced key leadership roles, including assistant principal religious identity and mission (APRIM), director of pastoral care and, currently, director of staff. As APRIM, he led transformative retreats and developed a rigorous religious education curriculum with strong outcomes in the senior years. Currently, as director of staff, he fosters a culture of support while promoting professional development opportunities. With a theology degree and a master of catholic education, Caprioli’s compassionate nature supports the professional growth and wellbeing of every staff member.

Kildare College is a Years 7–12 all-girls’ Kildare Education Ministries Catholic College in the Brigidine Tradition. Offering a progressive and innovative curriculum that fosters academic excellence while prioritising wellbeing, students develop a strong sense of identity grounded in the college’s core values, growing into young women of strength and gentleness.
Founded in 1966 in Holden Hill, Adelaide, South Australia, today, the college is the largest it has ever been, with growing enrolments and a team of over 100 staff, reflecting its vibrant culture of connection, development and growth.
The staff are recognised for their commitment and excellence, having received several prestigious awards. Among these is Kildare’s Award-Winning Graduate Teacher Program, which empowers the educators of tomorrow and supports ongoing professional development within a thriving community of practice.
A state-of-the-art Performing Arts and Wellbeing Centre is currently under construction. This is the third major building project in the past eight years as part of the Masterplan. It will complement the Brigidine Centre opened in 2019 (dance, music and gym) and Tullow Centre Innovation Hub opened in 2022 (STEM and material solutions and media).

Anna Porcelli, the director of student wellbeing at Kildare College, works closely with pastoral care teachers to support student leadership and implement wellbeing initiatives that foster personal growth, resilience and belonging. Bringing 10 years of experience in education and a deep commitment to student wellbeing, she holds a master of leadership (educational leadership) from the University of South Australia, with a thesis focused on gender equality in student leadership. A proud advocate for inclusive student voice, Porcelli is passionate about leading impactful initiatives that foster an environment of support, belonging and opportunity.

As a seasoned business manager of independent schools for over 15 years, Lily Ng brings to Hills Grammar her vast experience and in-depth knowledge in the commercial management of independent schools as successful businesses.
Ng is acutely aware that independent schools have all the fiduciary, financial, risk management and governance duties legally required by businesses. She expects and delivers the very best management and conduct with the highest integrity, with the best interests of Hills Grammar as her central focus.

As the director of advancement and engagement, Claire Napoli’s role encompasses internal and external communications, enrolment, branding, school events, community relations, alumni, archiving and reception. She has a degree in business and over 20 years of marketing and business development experience. Napoli started her career in public relations and event management before moving into marketing and business development roles in the professional services sector, particularly corporate law firms.
