Meg Parker holds two master’s degrees in education, specialising in special needs, along with an honours degree in psychology. With extensive leadership experience in both the education sector overseas and in Australia, she assumed the role of principal at Clifton Springs Primary School in 2018.
Meg’s dedication extends beyond her local community; she has collaborated with organisations like AusAid and UNICEF to offer support to children and families affected by natural disasters in various countries. Her commitment to education spans years of service to students, both domestically and internationally.
Driven by a vision to provide quality education to all children, Meg aims to offer them the best opportunities for a fulfilling life. She encourages students to explore the diverse options available at the school to uncover their passions and strengths, empowering them to pursue their dreams.

Alex Werner serves as the assistant principal at Clifton Springs Primary School. He is deeply passionate about delivering a high-quality education to every student. Werner firmly believes that it is his responsibility as an educator to dismantle any obstacles hindering students' academic success. In his role as assistant principal, he collaborates closely with school staff to ensure that success is readily attainable for all students, thereby fostering an environment conducive to optimal learning. Jessica Craighill, Clifton Springs Primary School’s leading teacher, brings over 20 years of experience to her role. Since 2020, she has held various positions at Clifton Springs, including STEM educator and literacy specialist. She values the school'’ community and its collaborative efforts to improve student outcomes.
Her core belief is that everyone – staff, students and families – can learn and grow. Schools play a crucial role in shaping lives, and Craighill emphasises creating an environment at Clifton Springs where everyone flourishes. Nicole Tabone has over 15 years of education experience, specialising in literacy. She has served as a classroom teacher, Professional Learning Community (PLC) leader and literacy specialist, aiming to create supportive environments where students thrive.
As a PLC leader, Tabone emphasises collaboration and ongoing learning, seeking new strategies to enhance literacy instruction. In the classroom, she fosters a positive atmosphere where students feel encouraged to take risks and learn from mistakes, believing in their potential for success.
Excited to continue as a literacy specialist and PLC leader, Tabone is dedicated to helping students and teachers achieve their literacy goals, fostering confident readers and writers.

Learning Specialist
Elise Jenkins, residing on the Bellarine Peninsula, is not only a passionate educator but also an animal welfare advocate and enthusiast of beach life and home and garden design. Graduating from the University of Ballarat in 2006, she began her teaching journey at Hawthorn West Primary School in 2007. Transitioning to Bellaire Primary School from 2010 to 2023, she specialised as a middle years teacher and led the Middle Learning Unit from 2014 to 2016, focusing on integrated literacy and inquiry curriculum. In 2023, she spearheaded the Tutor Learning Initiative, emphasising evidence-based teaching practices aligned with the Science of Reading. Jenkins’ dedication to literacy and cognitive science remains unwavering.

Caroline Jeffries has been the dean of studies at Lindisfarne since 2014. She has also held positions in leading schools in Sydney, London and the tertiary sector. Jeffries is a science teacher who joined Lindisfarne in 2004 and has a keen interest in equipping students for life beyond the school classroom.

He brings significant experience from his previous work as a teacher and leader in independent schools to his leadership spanning senior roles at the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) and the Australian Sports Commission (ASC).

Constantine Osuchukwu joined Lindisfarne as chaplain in 2021. Previously, he was the parish priest of St Matthew’s in Wendouree, Diocese of Ballarat, Victoria. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy and Theology), a Masters of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma in Community Development. Osuchukwu brings experience in a variety of parish roles, plus ministry work in prisons and the tertiary sector.
