Leadership
With over 25 years of experience across Catholic education, Natalie Cromie is honoured to serve as acting principal at St Columba’s Primary School. While her role has been an incredible learning curve, she finds it deeply rewarding, especially with the supportive staff and families in the community. A passionate primary educator and experienced leader, Cromie is recognised for her work in learning diversity and her commitment to the Primary Years Programme (PYP) philosophy of transdisciplinary learning.
Cromie’s vision remains rooted in fostering inclusion, strong community engagement, collaborative teamwork and a genuine joy and love of learning. She is proud to lead the school community, empowering every student to thrive in a nurturing, connected environment.

Nicole Spence is an educational leader with over 20 years of experience, including 15 in IB World Schools. As PYP Coordinator, she is currently guiding her school through its first IB evaluation while serving on the Victorian PYP Executive Committee.
Passionate about student agency and environmental stewardship, Spence empowers learners to take ownership of their education. She actively champions her colleagues by fostering creativity and innovation in their teaching practice. Her mission is to cultivate an inspiring community where students and educators feel confident, capable and motivated to embrace lifelong learning.

Rachael Bulcock is a passionate educator and leader who champions innovation, community engagement and future-focused learning at St Columba’s Primary School. As STEAM and community engagement leader, she designs authentic learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity and student agency while strengthening connections between the school and its wider community.
With over 14 years of teaching experience, Bulcock has led award-winning initiatives in STEAM, digital wellbeing and marketing that have contributed to the school’s national recognition. She is committed to empowering both students and educators to embrace innovation with confidence, ensuring every learner is known, valued and empowered to shape the future.

Angela Rush is the religious education leader at St Columba’s Primary School, where she brings warmth, curiosity and a deep sense of community to her leadership. A proud former St Columba’s student, she has returned to the school that helped shape her own educational journey.
With five years of teaching experience and as a dedicated Prep teacher, Rush is passionate about creating engaging, inquiry-driven learning experiences that encourage students to think deeply, build strong relationships and develop a sense of purpose. She is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child feels known, valued and inspired to thrive.

Nicky Skinner, based in Christchurch, was honoured as NZ Adviser’s BDM of the Year. With over 20 years of banking experience – including roles as bank manager, private banker and senior lender – she brings deep expertise to her work. Skinner supports mortgage advisers with product knowledge and deal presentation skills, focusing on building strong, trusted relationships. Her collaborative approach and dedication make her a valued resource, consistently praised for her guidance and support in helping advisers achieve outstanding client outcomes.

Manager – Residential Strata
Sarah Radonich is a third party support manager (relief BDM) at Westpac, building strong relationships with mortgage advisers across New Zealand. With 15 years of banking experience, she supports a wide range of regions and communities, working alongside a team of experienced BDMs. Radonich is known for her responsiveness, collaboration and focus on delivering efficient, results-driven experiences for advisers and their clients, always striving for the best possible outcomes.

Now a business development manager, she supports mortgage advisers across Auckland and Northland, offering expert guidance and support. Leeson is highly regarded for her lending knowledge, responsiveness and collaborative approach. Her dedication was recognised nationally as a finalist for the 2025 NZ Adviser BDM of the Year award, reflecting her impact within the third party channel.

Her background includes lending support, senior lending roles and branch management. Known for her collaborative style and responsiveness, she is passionate about building trusted relationships and delivering customer-focused results.

From there, he moved into Pacific Premium Funding as a financial planning and analysis leader in 2012 and was a key resource in the evolution of the business, first with the successful sale to Macquarie Pacific Funding and then the following progression into IQumulate Premium Funding, where he is now the commercial manager.
As commercial manager, McMillan leads a team that is responsible for commercial analysis and business support, identifying and reporting improvement initiatives, and the securitization and treasury functions of the business.

From there, he moved into Pacific Premium Funding as a financial planning and analysis leader in 2012 and was a key resource in the evolution of the business, first with the successful sale to Macquarie Pacific Funding and then the following progression into IQumulate Premium Funding, where he is now the commercial manager.
