With over 17 years of experience in the retail industry, Gregory Bruyer joined the Sephora family in 2016. Under his leadership, Sephora built an engaged, high-performing organization that established the company as the indisputable beauty leader in the Middle East.
After graduating from the Neoma Business School in France, he began his career in the financial sector before moving to operations at the Chalhoub Group. Thereafter, he was instrumental in launching the first 18 flagship stores of Victoria’s Secret outside North America – across seven countries in the Middle East and eastern Europe.
Gregory is thrilled to continue his Sephora journey in Canada as general manager. Outside of work, he and his family embrace outdoor living and actively participate in running, skiing, and other adventures.

As chief financial officer, Rosie Pouzar is focused on Sephora Canada’s continued strong financial and operational performance. She combines her love of facts and numbers and her ability to distill data to its essence to build compelling stories that everyone can get behind. Rosie is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator, with a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and minors in psychology and economics.
She started her career in professional services, with over 10 years spanning audit, business valuation, corporate development, financial planning, and analysis. She advocates being curious, tenacious, and resourceful to guide innovative and strategic business decisions.
Rosie also focuses her energy on spending time with her son and being active. When the snow is at a peak, you’ll find her enjoying the season on the ski hills.

With 15 years of experience in retail operations with Hudson’s Bay and IKEA, Stephen began his HR career at IKEA. Under his leadership, IKEA was named a top employer by Forbes for three years in a row and recognized for excellence in talent development by the Retail Council of Canada.
A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Stephen knows the power of amazing mentors and pays the experience forward by helping develop new leaders. He has a passion for wellness and actively practices mindfulness.
